$350 1964 Fintail On Craigslist

Not mine, but I since I am the fintail master and know where to find the deals, here is one too good to let the crusher get: http://portland.craigslist.org/clk/cto/813771580.html .

I wonder why no one buys it. It looks nice enough--I think it's in better shape than mine! But then, there is one identical to it for the same price here locally that has been for sale for 10 years...

The no-title thing is the deal killer, Plus The Dalles is an hour or so out of Portland.

They were asking $900, it will go much faster now!

No title is no problem in some states, provided that you have a bill of sale, GA will allow you to register a car once a law officer validates the vin.

Right now I am struggling with a no title issue with my 1967 fintail. The person I got it from lost the title and then moved to Texas. I mailed him the paperwork, and he says he filled it out and mailed it back, but it never showed up here. I am sending more paperwork to him, so hopefully I will get it this time and be able to get the car in my name.

Wow, it's the same color as mine but it's on the opposite coast. Too bad, but the price keeps dropping.
