1971 280se Trans Fluid Type

I know... check the other threads... I did. I am still not certain what fluid to change. Plain ATF or Dex III?
Does anybody know for sure?

I use Dex III hi-mile in my 73 280C. Works great.

I don't know about you, but to me "plain ATF"=Dexron III. Which, by the way is the right stuff for your transmission.
