Try Sunburst Yellow. It's available in a spray can or just straight liquid.

A race team I worked for wanted Bilstein to sponsor out cars so painted them yellow and blue. Sunburst Yellow was what we kept on hand as spare paint. I think it's also the color of the yellow used on the first generation Miatas.

Thanks - with that post and an earlier PM I got, I'm going to go with rustoleum sunburst yellow! I will do the brush-on... as I said, aesthetics are secondary to stopping further rust.
