If people want to start a list of things they want Ill comprise a price list and start making decisions. Ill try to be cheap on the parts if the buyer pays shipping.

Oh , I have parted out several, some of the parts are very desirable. Chrome trim, some of the internal switches and do dads, steering wheel , grill ect. If you want to mess with it you will sell most of it, takes time, and you have to get it out to a bigger market then just here. I found the hardest part is packing and shipping, estimating costs. But I got better as I went. Good luck - part it - you will be happy she lives on ion others

Geez, I sound like a real sap

Thanks panda.

First off where else besides craigslist should I put stuff up? Id rather not do ebay as Ive had some sour dealings with them in the past.
Ive parted a porsche before so box making and shipping wont be hard.
Really I just need to get some pictures first.

Main thing to whoever reads this, this car is as close to perfect as a parts car comes so unless otherwise stated the part you choose is as close to pristine as a "feild find" can get.

It does have an antenna on it for some reason its not visible (front mounted btw, not sure if it changed from 68-72) And Id rather sell the hubcaps as a set.

Heres a pic of the tail light:

yup pictures are good, Id set up a photo bucket or web hosting page and take pictures of all of your stuff and then put link here to this site , that way you can manage a lot of uploads.
I actually list one part on ebay ( a sought after one ) and then say in the add that I am parting out the whole car , email me with items you want. That works pretty well, cheap and worldwide add. Craigslist is good for specific parts, but I found if its not a whole car it is slow. There are other MB websites, all are easy to be on , list your link and see what happens. As I said it takes time. A lot of the guys will point people to you as well.
A few weeks ago someone was asking me for the chrome , I see you have , mine was sold. I'll see if I can hook you guys up. I get a lot of requests because I parted a W114/5 for over a year ,so I'll send them your way.
Good luck, and have fun. Make notes on how these gals are put together , helps when you build your next one.

Oh and stimpy, I have an assorted lot of hubcaps. 6erweb is right, if he can sell his as a set he is better off.

headlight door!

Oh boy, do I need both headlight doors! If you can get me a good price on these, as in not the $300 or something some people ask on Eflay, I'd be very interested! My old 115 240D has had smashed up headlight trim/doors for years!
