Mercedes Benz ~ Car Wash ~ Picture of the Day

Hello Peaches,

Washed all the cars today... Had to take out the camera and snap a few shots.

I feel your pain. My problem is I have a small two car garage ---- the 300SDL was a pain to work on with the garage door shut. At least your house does not front a busy residential street --- I live on a "cut thru". I would never park an old Mercedes out on the street.

Your cars look great! That is a very interesting grille guard on the W108--I think it is an early incarnation of the rare W116 grille guards I am so fond of. Lucky you, you got a nice, sunny day to clean your cars. I'm stuck in Washington's rainy season for a few more months.

We don't get to see many W108s in the USA with the original Euro headlights. Nice collection!
