stiffening W111 Chassis
Hi all,
at one point or another all mechanical elements of my W111 Coupe will come off it so that I replace them with the ones I am preparing to go with my 5.0 engine. I may take this occasion to inspect welds and add some where needed to stiffen the chassis. I know this is a method used by people who race their cars. What are the areas I should inspect for fatigue? Where should I add weldings to stiffen the car? Thanks in advance!
