YES!!

Registered and insured under RI antique plates! I just have to put the taillights in, and I will actually be able to drive this vehicle on a street legally for the first time!

Since the PO had F-ed up the PA title, I went in there with the one other document I had, which was a TX title application receipt from 07.


On another note, they also allowed me to re-register my work van under a set of plates I had forgotten to return like 5 years ago when I lived there! I did not even have to pay any tax on them, they were still available. That was pretty neat, I said that I forgot to send in the plates back in 05, and she said, do you want to use them?
