all of the manufacturers have to list the zddp (Zinc dialkyldithiophosphate) as too high a concentration eats up your catalytic converter. Also remember that once your engine is run in the concentration of zddp can happily be lower than the 1200 - 1600ppm you need for run-in.
I have attached the mobil1 list for your interest they are available on all the websites (this is for mobil 1 not mobil 1 clean which has almost no zddp). most people I know use motorcycle racing oils or diesel/gasoline oils in older flat tappet cars a good website to visit is http://www.bobistheoilguy.com/cms/ as the other critical factor is oil shear - thats why I generally go for a diesel formulation - very high shear.
oil is one of those subjects that seems to get peoples blood up though so I would suggest just reading up whatever you can - once you have the oil sorted in your own head - take a look at filters - some are truly awful http://people.msoe.edu/~yoderw/oilfilterstudy/oilfilterstudy.html
you can also of course just buy zddp and add the concentrate yourself

good luck
