Wow, I'd never seen pictures of the factory using those hatrack holes for seatbelts. I have, however, seen people use the retractable belts from the W115 chassis and installing them there.

Parts and more

Ryan,
I have a 1961 220 Sb that I'm parting out to finish my son's 1967 230S. I have a lot of extra parts you may find useful. I have a complete car +, extras. So far, I've only used the front fenders and front/rear bumpers and bumper support mount. The parts car is a manual trans.

My aplogies for the long response time. Between the holidays, work and projects and planning for projects, this is the first time I've had to sit down and write.

Jackson, we will talk.

Mercmad, having looked at the drawing you posted and at my car: I can see the top bolt holes for the shoulder portion and inboard side/center belt, but I do not see a bolt hole for the outboard side. I'll post pictures if that helps. I have noticed that the shoulder bolt hole is reinforced with an extra plate in the trunk area.

Part of the plan or idea is to turn the rear parcel area into more than just a flat shelf. It will have a cyclops light, mounts for top anchors, access to the shoulder bolt holes (the lap belts are already bought), and possibly a small storage area and/or speakers.

Unfortunately not. It was not in great shape when I got the car.
