I've located the article on this car. It's in the 2005 March/April issue of The Star. It was owned by Kyle Given at that time and he also wrote the article . In the article he mentions that the 'clock' is situated nice and high and as close to the drivers field of vision as one could hope for...He had a great appreciation for this W114. Unfortunately the single one photograph of the interior doesn't closely show the instrument cluster . Perhaps Kyle will venture in to this discussion and clarify the 'rev counter' question? I'm still not convinced that it isn't an after market tach.....

Tach looks period and brand-correct but aftermarket to me.

Great car, you think they'd clean up the underside for sale pics but nooooo. Top side looks gorgeous - nice paint.
