Hairball's New Fan Shroud

I needed a fan shroud (Texas heat) but unable to locate one. I found a DIY for one made out of fiberglass. I have never worked with fiberglass so it took me three attempts to get it right. Not very easy but now Hairball has a fan shroud. The first one was terrible at best. The second one was was too thin and a little off. I am wondering if the fan depth clearance is correct. Also should I install some kind of rubber seal between the shroud and radiator?
While the radiator was out I stripped it and repainted it.
I may take it out later this summer and work on the finish but there is a long list of repairs I need to address first.

Nice work! My 108's cracked before I ever was driving it, and was held with aluminum tape for years. I got lucky and found an unbroken one in awesome shape in the yard and grabbed it... about 8 years ago. I never put it in, for fear of breaking such a hard-to-find part! It'll go with my 108 when I sell it.
