Buyer pays shipping, and $100 for insurance and custom crate packaging.

Buyer pays 50% deposit of item after written email commitment to purchase at agreed price, and when I get a UPS quote after packaging the item then pays the additional 50% plus shipping plus crate fee. I will then ship the item.

UPS estimate is for a crate 30" x 18" x 18" and 75 pounds for a conservative estimate.
