Its a Binz conversion probably. If you google Binz Mercedes Wagon you'll find all kinds of wagon and ambulance conversions they have done.

It's not a binz,it's a Argentine conversion. They are reasonably common there,plus the pickup conversions. They show up on German web sales sites all the time because of the novelty value. The political situation in Argentina at the time meant that a lot of new didn't make it out so Crayfords etc were thought to be the only convertors. Mercedes Still sell chassis units for conversion into Hearses and so on.
