Wow! I've never actually seen one of these in an unrestored state. It's amazing that it just sat outside unloved for six years! There is still grass in the bumpers!

The part that I find truly amazing is the fact that, according to the description, it has an 8cyl. motor. Wonder where they hid those extra 2 pistons? Maybe the guy knows as much about engines as he does about proper storage.

It also has air conditioning listed as one of the options.

The guy must not be a complete idiot, however. As of 7/7/00 in the wee hours, the bidding's at $105,000 and it hasn't hit the reserve.

I know the gullwings are a collectors item, I just never knew they had that much value. Who ever owns it must have not either! I wonder how high the price will go?
