Hi All,
I just found the rubber fuel lines on my 190sl were rotten and replaced them all. Actualy started to leak as soon as I touched them! When getting new fuel hose, I was told at the parts shop that the new oxigenated fuel in CA is causing havoc with old rubber fuel hose. I know some of the older mercedes had hard lines, but mine was retrofit with webber carbs and had rubber lines. Maybe yours does too? Time to check them! Eric |
