w114 280 green interior

the local pick and pull has a very decent green interior mb tex. no tears, door panels are excellent. The wood is good as well. It would be a score for someone with a W114 needing an interior. I think it was a 1974 280. Windsor, CA

Hmmm sounds like its a euro, if it was I would grab the headlights, bumpers and fogs....they bring a good chunk of change....if you see an early w123 with black interior....I need a front seat bottom skin...

Front bumper and fogs I dont remember being good. So should the rear have bumper guards if its federal? I don't remember seeing those so I cant say. I may go back tomorrow to check. The bumper looked big though so I thought it was Federal. If 114 bumpers are sleek like the 123 euro then I'd say no. They are definitely bigger.
I am not likely to be able to pull anything but I can relay info as I see it. I barely have time to get parts I am in need of.

Usually the euros are slim and chrome, not the diving board style....it may have been federalized....just usually see green interiors on euro models....the euro headlights on the w115/w114 are very nice! Alright no issues, not a life or death part for me....I may just convince myself to pull mine and stitch up the tears...

scoop up all the little bits like light switches, knobs and chrom interior parts, always someone looking for the little things that make the project car complete.

Hey there,

I am down in SF so the drive is not too bad. If you happen to revisit, I need the interior map pockets on the front doors.

You have PM!
