Glow plug light indicator

Glow plug light indicator
Ok here's the problem it's 115 chassis 1976 300d the glow plugs light up the resistors get cherry red so I know the series circuit is is complete and working so is the relay but the light won't come on it use to but stop working so I went and changed all the plugs out since the car sat for years before I got it running I think the thermo switch is bad! Which controls when the light goes out there's no voltage or ground coming out of the pin where can I find that big thermo switch??? Has anyone else had this issue? And also I tested the bulb and made sure it was working just no signal to it any help is appreciated thanks

The terminal switch is in the same location where the glow plugs are....there are two in the head.....confirm the wires are hooked up....

Have you pulled the bulb and checked the wire for voltage? The bulb my not be lighting do to a ground issue in the cluster....

Thanks for the reply they are both hooked up but the big one closest to the front of the motor has a ground feeding the plugs and a terminal that feeds the the glow light bulb brown n green wire that sensor is the one that determines the the amount of time the light stays on right? Also I haven't checked the cluster ground yet but every other cluster lights are working ok kinda lost now I know ppl would say just to count and start but I'm a bit anal when it comes to that specially all the $ I've but in this car lol
