What do you mean by rebuild? Usually the only items that can be replaced are the filters and pintle caps.

FWIW, any injector I've seen that needs either of these needs a really good cleaning. You may want to send yours somewhere for service.

Where did you get that stuff Al? Looks a lot better than the home made rig I used! Did one of the injectors guys give up? Is this a new business venture?

For OP, if Alabbasi can do it, why not.

For reference, here are some of the bookmarks I collected (No experience with any of them, bu others may have):

Graham,

It is kind of a new business venture. The main motivator was sticker shock as the local guy charges $25/injector and I have about 36 V12 Jaguar injectors that need cleaning.

I figured that I would buy it, clean my own injectors and then offer an injector cleaning service locally for $15/injector to help recover costs.

It's a pretty cool machine, it does high and low speed flow tests, pressure testing and ultra sonic cleaning where it fires the injectors while it cleans them.

Looks great. As I added to previous post - a lot better than the home made rig I used. Finding a good source for the filter screens, pintle caps, hoses, etc is another challenge. One of the links I posted lists some (maybe the last link). If you are looking, Gurunutkins found a supply of some of the parts (by the 100).

Al, does that $15 per include new soft parts? (filers and caps?) I would rather support a board member if possible...

I was also looking into having mine cleaned.
I also want to replace the short hose connector with new ones...
The factory style with the ferrule on the bottom so I dont need clamps on both ends...

Prior to buying this machine, I did shop around and the price at least locally was $25/injector which was for cleaning and did not include the soft parts. I'm offering the same service for $15/injector which saves $80; but like the commercial vendors, it does not include soft parts.

I can probably do it for $20/injector and replace the soft parts and I don't mind doing the work. In order to keep the costs from escalating, I'll need to buy in bulk so that I can keep the costs low for everybody.

It would be good to get the demand up in the form of a couple of commitments before going before I go out and buy the soft parts as I don't expect that there will be that much demand for these older style injectors.
