M117 fuel injection hose questions

I need to change out the fuel lines around my injection manifold. The kits offered seem like an expensive way to go vs buying bulk hose and cutting to size.

I have 2 questions,

1) Are the hose lines in question 7.5MM ID?

2) The short lengths between the injectors and the manifold/rail only have hose clamps in the top. When replacing them do you simple press new hose onto the injectors no clamp required on that end or must I add an another clamp to the injector side as the kit would seem to sugest?

When I did my lines, I used bulk EFI-rated hose (I believe 8mm? I may be incorrect, it may be 7.5mm). I had spare clamps that matched the top ones, so I clamped the bottom. This is needed unless you have the bottom OEM-style crimps and the proper crimping tool, which I did not.
