Could someone help me identify this switch?
I have a 1974 240D, and this little guy was connected to the wire harness, but the switch part wasn't. What does this thing do?

I think it's the blower change-over switch, used on '70 & later W114-115 cars with factory Behr AC. It works off the vacuum-operated air-flap rod, above the accelerator pedal, to switch from heater-blower to AC blower.
Happy Motoring, Mark
