It depends on where you live and the make of fuel. Here in Canada, Premium more often than not does not contain ethanol. But in USA, from what I could gather, in many areas it does.

I don't know what you are worrying about - the car will run fine on regular gas with or without up to 10% ethanol.

Depends where you are. Ethanol is a cheap octane booster, so many places have more in premium
