Modern Wiper Blades on a Vintage Mercedes.
I live in Oregon and the original style wiper blades on my 1967 200 W110 just dont seem to be cutting it. Before i replace them with a new set of classic style wipers i was wondering if any one has used more modern blades. I have Bosch Insight Wiper Blades on my truck and they are amazing. Has any one used ones like this on their classic?

Might be able to put re-fills into the frames of the old wipers. I have done that with the old-style wipers on my vehicle in the past with good results.

The original frames are meant to be refilled, not replaced; however, most POs didn't know this and threw the originals out.
Whether you have the original frames or not, some of the newer wiper tech out there is better now. The "Beam style" wipers can often wipe much better and last longer, though not always both at the same time. As the arm is a hook style, and many OEMs still use hooks to this day, modern wipers should work on the car. I seem to recall going one size up on what the OEM spec was. I don't remember if it was 14" to 15" or 16" to 17" but I do know I went up 1 size with no negative consequence.
