Need: w115 240d 1973 Motor Mount instructions

I have been having trouble finding instructions on changing a motor mount for a 1973 w115 240d. If anyone has instructions on this process with details I would be very thankful. Thanks!

I understand I should jack up the engine but I want to be specifically sure of the process for this model and year. And be aware of what to expect.

The MB factory service manual has info for a 1973 220d and a 1974 240d, but not a 1973 240d. Anyway, I suspect your car is most similar to the 1974 version. Here is a link to the manual:
Mercedes-Benz Model 114/115
You want Main Function Group 00 and Sub-function Group 211 and 212 and so on. The way that program is designed, I cannot provide you a direct link. But these navigation hints should get you there.

For what it is worth...

When I have changed these I found the hardest part was the lining everything up and bolting them back together. I usually loose the nuts holding the engine mounting arm and this gives you a bit of wiggle room. It takes some time to do it right so don't expect this to go as quickly as if you were doing motor mounts in a Ford.

I have never done a 240D, but I have done a few gas engine motor mounts in W111, 108's and 109's which are pretty much the same as far as motor mounts go.
