Need help: w108 rear hub assembly replacement.

Hey guys, I'm new to owning a classic car... This is my first real challenge. I own a 1968 w108 mercedes 250s. the rear passenger hub needs to be replaced. Long story short all 5 threads are stripped. I can't seem to find a place that sells the hub assembly.

I also tried to see how to remove the hub assembly but coming up blank. I saw a video on YouTube that a guy removes the whole shaft with he hub assembly still attached.

Any help on what I need to do and where I can find the part would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Phillip

You could drill, tap and install studs. You could probably find some retrofit studs that would work. Just insure you know what you are doing.
