Stripping W123 For Painting

I have found a shop here in OR that is going to repaint my 1977 280E with original Single Stage! No cheezy 2-stage or peeling to worry about.

Now that the wiper motor cover is off, what should I use to lube the motor linkage?

Does anyone know where I can find the little windshield wiper shaft boots?

And an old question: I still can't find any screw that holds the rocker door trim (lower front/rear door trims) at the back, it doesn't even seem to be under the door seal. Or does the door seal need to be removed to access this screw? Is it possible that earlier W123s didn't use one?

Cheers to all

Just in case anyone is interested, today I discovered that early W123s (probably to 1979) DO NOT have a screw at the back end of rocker trims holding them to the doors. At a junk yard I found a later W123 and there was the illusive screw cover on all doors as plain as day.
