Will W123 switches fit W107 models.?

Ok, wrongly worded.
Are the pin patterns the same. ie do they plug in the same way. SLC 107 has 4 windows as does the 230 E both from 70's. |

Would really love to know the answer as I have located W123 switches but can't see unless I order and don't want to waste money if they can't be used.
Help. |

I can't answer your question because I don't know the answer. However, if you can get the part number from the original switch, you can see what other models it crosses over to. It could be the same switch, it may be something special. If you still have the original switches, you might just disassemble them and clean out the guts - it's often just crusty grease and oxidation that prevents operation. Usually they work fine afterwards unless the points are burned up.

Unfortunately I managed to lose the switch with the cut off button and even the remaining switch is in bad condition.
I believe the 123 switch fits the 116 but that's as much as I know. Thanks for answering. 😆 |

Just to add that all my searches only turn up results for SL models.
My car is a 75 280SLC. |
