I need to know what size is hex key for fuel strainer at bottom of fuel tank. I have a W108 1971 280se 6cyl sedan with 2.8 engine. Any input is appreciated. thanks.

I forget the key size but here's a trick - take a spark plug-sized socket, flip it over, and use the hexagonal end as the key. Fits perfectly.

use the back side of the spark plug socket
