450 se engine made a wierd sound

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could know what was causing the sound from my engine. I was doing some testing and I had let the engine run for a little bit and then I heard this dingin sound , I shut the engine off straight away so I did some inspection because it sounded something was hitting my fan but found nothing untoward. I started it very briefly and the sound was there again. Anyway I took a video, the sound happens in the last few seconds.
Thanks to you all.

I'm on a slow internet connection and can't access the vid. When engine mounts wear, the engine sits lower and sometimes the fan can hit the shroud. Past that I can't offer much unless I was in front of the car.

The timing chain was pretty sloppy and I also made a video of the bottom of the engine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZnMYCcpeteE.

I found the timing chain a bit loose, here's a video of the bottom.

If you suspect the timing chain is loose, pull the right side valve cover (left side when looking under the hood - the one with the oil cap). You would see wear patterns on the head and/or the valve cover from chain slap. This would mean you need a new chain and tensioner (or at the least new upper chain rails), unless that wear is from a previously stretched and since-replaced chain.
