Good 72 W108 Available for Picking!

Hey guys, Autoblog just published this article:

https://www.autoblog.com/2017/08/09/junkyard-gem-1972-mercedes-benz-280-se-4-5/

The photos show a ton of good parts! knobs, heater controls, headrests, trim peaces, etc. Are any of you in/near Phoenix?

I looked online on Phoenix-area junkyard websites but didn't find the car. So, I reached out to Autoblog; waiting to hear back from them.

Jose

No. That is a Steel "steelie". Aluminum "steelies" have 15 holes instead of 20.

My '71 is available for picking for a few more weeks.
It's actually been available for at least 6 months, but I've been procrastinating (hey, it's hot out now) and my wife is starting to give less friendly nags lately.
