280c defrost blower relay and fuse

76 280c is there a relay and fuse for defroster blower turn 3 speed switch on all speeds work ac switch blows air in stream not full manually moved changeover valve does shift defrost to other cobtrols notice fan on lower center console doesn't move heard theres another blower behind ac box
