73 W114 ignition problem
 

I have a 1973 280c that I bought with no keys. I also have no title, so I don't have the option of having the manufacturer reissue a key. I've purchased a new ignition tumbler, but I'm really not sure how to get the old one out. The wheel is locked turned to the right which makes towing it around while I get it running very difficult. I started trying to drill out the middle of the tumbler with just a handheld drill but as you can see I'm not making much progress. Any ideas are much appreciated.
