Need help on w108 cable/wire identification

Can someone please help identify these three wires/cables? They are mounted to the body next to the washer fluid reservoir on passenger side of engine. Also, should I be concerned about the fraying and what is the best remedy? Electrical tape? Thanks in advance.

Wires going to the starter.
Assume you have a 4.5 motor?
If inline 6 cyl, this block would be on the oil pan on lower left corner.

If insulation(vinyl color coded part is intack, then you can put shrinkwrap onto these.
If the insulation is cracked to expose copper wires, then best to replace. The wires are not long.

First, disconnect your battery! Some of those wires both hot and unfused. -CTH
