If the car can move on a flat surface under its own power (ie is barely drivable), it can start at 3k and quickly go to 12k based on cosmetic appearance. There's a drivable one near me that the owner wants 15k for.
If the car is rotted hulk like the parts car Micheal Medill has, 500$ is not an unreasonable number. These can be wickedly expensive cars to own & restore. Having said that, I'd rather have an older 300 or 300b, but that's because I'm wierd. I just bought a pile of early 50s 220 that once reassembled, might have enough parts to make a 220 car. But it's hard to tell in its current condition. -CTH |
