1967 MB 250 Sedaan
A friend has a '67 250S sedan that was brought in Germany, and brought over to the US after use in Germany. It has a mechanically fuel injected engine. I thought all 250S cars cme equipped with the 2 bbl. Zenith carbs. Can anyone confirm the use of mechanical fuel inj. on the 250S?

Maybe it has the 250sl engine swapped in or it was ordered that way.

And it's not a 250SE with the wrong (or damaged) trunk badge ?

It should say SE on the trunk. I suspect the badge is broken (the E missing) or someone replaced it with the plain S badge. They use the same holes.
Or someone stuck a fuel injected engine in just for fun. You have the better end of the deal, badge or no badge! Peter
