Eberhard,

"Payment" is on the way.
Let us pray the customs beagles have been well fed on the appointed day.

You also have an e-mail.

dabenz, thanks a lot to North Dakota!

Imagine what I found recently in my mailbox! A parcel from North Dakota containing chocolate crusted potato chips (yes, thats real)

We enjoyed them last weekend, when I had some friends coming over.

Actually we did another photo-production for www.ikonengold.de

It is going to be published soon (and I will show you the rest of the pictures)

Take this as a treat

Kind regards from Germany to ND and wherever people read this board
Eberhard

Dollars to donuts TxBill and psfred offer to send "payment" of some kind for what you sent me to preview. I'd probably offer to double payment for an interior shot of a W115 4 door, floor shift manual, no AC, especially if it was a similar setup to the one you sent to me.

Somebody on the American coasts needs to find you an agent who can help you sell your stuff over here.

Eberhard, nice try (and really nice picture - good black and white is a lost art form). However, this one has AC, an arm rest, and auto transmission (I think). Perhaps I'll make the challenge tough and say that the shifter knob has to be the old "eight ball" type! And maybe I need to tempt you with a menu of the other stuff that "the Chippers guys" make.

Weeell, the complaint department of ikonengold.de is outsourced to Romania and sorry, they don't speak english

Armrest or not armrest was not specified and the car on the picture had no AC!

And I'm sorry that it is not a manual shifter.

Anyway, it looks like a rocket booster but we actually carried this marvellous chair and five people around with the car at that day.

We visited a very nice aircraft-museum in the west of Germany.

Kind regards
Eberhard

Eberhard, I stand corrected about the AC (mistook the cigar lighter) and the arm rest, but it's still an auto. In the future I'll try not to sound like the your neighbors to the west (ask, receive, and whine about it). E-mail as before and you get your pick: same as before or something different. And now that I think about it: I could print and sell your work over here, take a reasonable cut, then use the rest to support your Chipper habit!

Any more complaints and I'm going to post just blurry pictures which show no details

Unfortunatly I have no higher solution of the W 115 interior. We shot so much interesting stuff at that weekend that the raw picture got lost cleaning the cards.

To take those pictures is pretty easy: Put the digital camera on manual, choose the biggest apereture and set the time on a second or so. Press the camera against the roof of the car above the rear bench and play around.

Talking about business: I'm really interested in tachometers of Diesel W 123. They were never available in Germany but there is a high demand. We could make a fortune by selling those from the junk yard!

Kind regards
Eberhard
