280sel 4.5 fuse box

where is the fuse box on this wonderful piece of equipment?

I will assume it's the same as my 280SE 4.5:
The main box is under the steering wheel: Right next to the door light on the underside (It has an oval cover with 2 thumb screws holding it in).
There are also fuse boxes (radio, windows, etc) under the hood on the firewall.

Exactly where Tomguy said it is. Under the cover you should also have a fuse map and MB was kind enough then to print it in both German and English, but that makes for small print .

The additional fuse boxes under the hood are mounted on the firewall, passenger side. Should be four of them, for windows, radio, A/C and maybe the rear window heater (defrost). They have a black cover and are about 1"x1".
