Me, the DieselDog, am seriously looking to purchase this vintage car..... assuming that owner will guarantee roadworthiness for 1,500+ mile drive to my house at NYC region, after getting brakes fixed in Wisconson.

I will pay money to have this car inspected.....Is there forum member at Milwaukee area who can check it out for me??

I was looking after a 450 SEL and found a 190 D for sale here in Montreal....if you are still interested by 190s....
The one I saw here in MTL is in much better shape than the one you show from Milwaukee.

The Milwaukee seller does not respond. I think its a 3rd party transaction.

footnote for 190 fans: An easy upgrade on the 190 c or D is wood dashboard from 220Sb attached by plastic thumb screws from behind the dash.... i did this long time ago also transfering widow and door trim over a weekend, including refinishing the wood.
