MY 67 250 has a leak at the valve on the drivers side heater core. is there a repair (or seal kit) I can do to fix this valve or should I try to find a replacemt?

If this area is accessible, consider after market manual valve, (open in einter, shut in summer), cheap and almost fool proof. Good luck Abe G PS available in most part stores

I believe this has the heater valves made onto the bottoms of the heater cores so universal replacements won't solve the leak. There's an 'O' ring kit that should still be availible. Check with your local MB dealer or Randy Steele. It may even be possible to match up your old ones with some in a well equipped auto-parts store's 'O' ring assortment.
