unfortunately the seats are on hold until i can pad the bank account a little.
recently i had a leaky gas tank (when full). it was a sealed tank so it wasn't the nonexistent plastic ventilators. i took down the old tank and found a small pinhole near the sending unit. I found a radiator shop that was willing to take on the job for a reasonable price but after them soaking it overnight the top of the tank leaked like a spaghetti strainer. needless to say replacing the tank was not a cheap fix.
now i need to find a decent glass shop that doesn't want to charge an extra $100 per glass because the year. I already bought the seal and i understand it's old and you may break the glass but i have an extra glass and you won't cover it if you break it anyway.
now i'm rambling but does anybody know where i could get a wood slat roof rack fit for a mercedes? kinda like the ones they put on the old VWs
