Unhappy Need Recommendations For Bumper Plating Shop

I have a set of NEW two-part bumpers for an early W114/115 which were stored for a long time and developed rust bubbles presumably from moisture. Rear one particularly needed, after I let the car roll back and hit a pole recently
I believe the plating needs to be stripped and redone. Anyone reading this having experience with plating shops in the US?
The local air quality management board has run plating shops out of business (Yes, that's the way of life in Northern California!)
Thanks in advance for any comments,
Dieseldiehard

I saved this from somewhere-

There is an excellent Chroming shop in México City. His name is "Cromadora Delgado" and they have years and years of experience in re-chroming Mercedes Benz parts, they have the know how to ship and receive to/from the US and their prices are very reasonably.

Their representative is:

ctaylor738,
thanks for the info!
It makes sense to use NAFTA to save $$ doesn't it?
I'll let you know what I ultimately do. The bumper will look great if properly replated.

1971 220 (gas) 4-spd manual 104041 or is it 204041?

I haven't heard back from them yet, so it might be that they are not in business any longer or on siesta or not reading Emails. I'll fone them up. Yes LA has the majority of good plating shops in CA.
