250SE Coupe
Hi Guys: I recently purchased a 1967 250SE Coupe on ebay and the tranny makes awful noise and there are pieces of chipped gear teeth in the oil. It is a four speed manual on the floor and I have been looking for a replacement at the local junk yards. Does anyone know what years and models would have the same transmission? I found the same year 190D and a 68 250S but do not know if they will work. Also, some models had a four speed manual on the column and I heard they will work if you replace the the top plate with the old one. Any thoughts?
I am also looking for a left tail light lens and rear bumper. Thanks for your help. Tim |

I actually have a floor shift trans and linkage that came out of a '68 280S. I would love to see it go to a good home. Email me if you are interested.
