I found some fenders for my 69 230 ( 114 body ) but they are listed as 115 880 10 18 on the website

Will they fit ok?

Yes.

Make sure they are for the pre-73 body, they changed then -- grille is wider on the later body, and the cutout for the bumper is different. there is also a body molding for the bumper missing from the early models.

Most parts are interchangeable between the W114 and W115. As far as I know, the only real difference is that the W114 bodies are all six cylinder engine, the W115 are all fours.
