engine not stopping right away
My engine does not stop right away after I turned my ignition off. I chugs for about 10 sec then it stops. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I would call this dieselling. Usual cause is a hot spot in one or more cylinders that stays hot enough to ignite the fuel without a spark. This may be a carbon build up, an overheated plug, a burnt valve, etc.

Check your ignition timing and idle speed.
Too high an idle speed or idle speed set to compensate for retarded ignition timing will exascerbate a dieseling condition. Happy Motoring, Mark
