Would w123 shocks fit a w108?

Tim (Tim's__Benz) thinks that he wants some HD Bilsteins. There are some new w123 ones cheap on ebay and he wants to know if they'll fit.
Thanks
David

P.S.
We couldn't find any part #'s on fastlane, only a product number which is different.

Yeah, we were afraid of that. Just sounded too good to be true to get them about 50% cheaper.
Thanks for the quick response.

There have been some KYB front shocks for sale intermittantly on eBay for the W108, but I think you will find them too hard. I'll see -- something about a Volvo stuck in the garage at the moment, no way to change mine at home.

What makes Tim think he wants HD shocks? If he wants a hard ride, I'm gonna have some Monroes he can have that are as hard a rocks!

I am not sure that I want HD shocks, but I definitely want Bilsteins.
Thanks
Tim
