Love that blue velour interior- we get only tex or leather here with US-spec cars-

I had an 81 300SD that was the opposite colors as yours (navy blue on light beige leather)- the 126 is a great all around car.

Thats not completly true, my US spec car has velour. Maybe it was a special order?

Ops, Awsome looking car btw, it's so clean! Every time I see it I can only hope one day mine will be as clean.

I followed the advice most of the people gave me: buy the best Mercedes your money can afford, do not invest time and money in a "not so good" car.
It cost me US$ 6900 which is a lot of monet in Brazil!!

Do you see many vintage monster Mercedes' at Brazil..... like 300SE finbodies, Pagoda-roof sports cars, Adenauers and Pullman limousines??

Here is legend from the early 1970s...... somebody from California traveled there and brought back an incredible stash of 300SL's, Gullwings and Roadsters.

Actually most of the ones are new,the old one like the 108 rarely
Yesterday I saw a W115 two hundred something in a parking lot which seemed to have left MB factory that day, it was perfectly original!
