Question Leather headrest & color change

I would like to ask does anyone know who to change colors on leather, blue to dark brown in this case? Is there a product that can help remove the dye. thanks.

The factory dye is just on the surface, and there are several places that sell dye kits to recolor the leather -- essentially a vinyl coating much like the factory.

You might even get a way with blue to brown.

Too bad you aren't going the other way, I have two navy W108/W116 headrests I don't need!

I could grab light brown (beige? Tan? Dunno the color name) headrests from the junkyard... last time I went the 116 there had both of them intact (and in good shape)
