any hot rod / custom fintails

hi like to know where u can buy lowering springs for fintails . . Is it a good idea and will it look good? any fintails hotrod out there?? nay suggestions??

if you do a google search theres a couple of places that will make custom springs to your specs. i dont remember the name of the place offhand. it is possible to calculate the approximate spring rates if you have the wire diameter, coil count and the free and compressed length. heres a photochopped pic of my car, we were just having fun, but its kinda cool

What wheels are those on that first picture. I like the look. Did you also stretch it a bit? Looks really cool.

they are 99 mustang bullett wheels, i bought them for my rx7 (they fit the rx7's), they are cheap. the picture is photo shopped, we chopped the top

The previous owner of my car (59 219) had the springs taken out and cut. It low but drivable. The rear wheels lean in at the top.

I try and post a picture - it's flat black with some black on black flamework on the hood (not my doing). Nice 300se!
