Now and then it seems that my car will not shift out of 2nd gear. It is like it gets stuck in 2nd. My fluid level is fine, and this only happens a few times, today I punched it past 65 before it shifted out of 2nd. Any ideas????

Perhaps it needs some BG transmission cleaner and then a change, and the filter too.

Perhaps the solonoid on the top of the bellhousing is not working properly.

I'd also check the kickdown switch, they are notorious for sticking closed, causing late upshifts.
