The off-set on your W124 is 41mm and the off-set on the W107 is 25mm. The wheel will stick out toward the road 16mm further (~5/8 in.).

Stock tire width is 205mm. With your 225mm tires you are adding an additional 20mm overall, 10mm toward the outside, for a total additional distance towrd the street of 16mm for the wheel and 10mm for the tire, plus half of the additional width of the OZ wheel over the stock width - likely to be another 13mm or so.

Your W124 set-up will stick out an additional 26mm to 39mm, or just over an inch to over 1.5 inches.
