Can someone who has BRIDGESTONE Potenza G009 (205/60/15 tires look on them to see in which country they are made?
Are Bridgestone tires ever made in the same factory as Firestone tires?

I have the LS-H. They also make an LS-V. I really like them. Great in the rain and they balanced out really well.

Some of them are made in the U.S. I don't think they are make in the same factory as Firestone, but I could be wrong.

Anyway, Firestone is probably okay now. The brands you need to worry about are the ones that haven't been looked at so closely.

The DOT number on the tire will tell you in what factory the tire is made. Your tire dealer should be able to tell you, from the number, when and in what factory the tire is made.
